Partnership KG
Partners of a KG can also be corporate legal entities - subject to either domestic or foreign law. The name of the KG must contain at least the surname of one of the partners with personal liability as well as a suffix showing the type of partnership (e.g. KG, &Co.). A KG, whose sole personally liable partner is a corporate legal entity, must show the limited liability it thus has by using a corresponding suffix in the company name (e.g. "GmbH&Co."). Only full partners (or just one of them), and not the limited partners, are entitled to manage and represent the company.
