6. Financial Planning
Not really big fun but very important and absolutly necessary!!!
The finance planning consists of several parts:
A. Capital requirement plan listing of all funds for planned investments and operating expenses advertisement, office rent eg,
B. Turnover is not the profit!!
A business is only profitable when the the turnover is enough to secure the employees the
living after taxes and, to cover the current operating expenses.
C. Liquidity plan the liquidity is guaranteed if sufficient funds (personal capital) face all expenditures outside capital (operational revenues). Monthly, the liquidity plan, at least in the first years, should be produced.
D. Funding planning
After the investigation of the capital demand, you must provide the funding of your business. Possible money sources for your business are personal capital and outside capital like for example Bank credits, venture capital (risk capital) and local public funding . Inform yourself about the local public funding programms and their conditions.
Little tip: In Germany the application must before beginning of the foundation as well as takes place of the project.
